Cognitive Hypnotherapy and NLP Can Help You to Overcome This Problem

A phobia is defined as an unnecessary or excessive Anxiety that is present in either a specific situation or some specific object.

While up to 70% of us will be mildly phobic during our lifetimes, we often think that we are the only ones in the world who are suffering from the specific problem.

Clients will often start the consultation by saying “I know that you are going to think that the reason I am here is a little silly but……….”

They then carry on saying “but why I am here is that I am a little afraid of………”

There are two points here that need to be corrected

Nothing that you bring to a Hypnotherapy session is ‘silly’.

If it is affecting you and having an impact on your life it is a problem and problems are what we try to overcome during hypnotherapy treatment programmes.

What we would then try to establish is when this problem first occurred and in what circumstances. We would then formulate a bespoke solution to get rid of the problem and start to improve the quality of your life.

I am a fully qualified Cognitive Hypnotherapist (Dip C Hyp) and Master NLP Practitioner (NLPP). I trained at the internationally recognised Quest Institute in London, where I trained with Trevor Silvester, Quest Institute Director, Fellow of the National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH) and creator of Wordweaving.
